Black Storm is a brand new, modern, waterfront house that sits on the edge of tranquil Jensen’s Bay inlet and is only a five minute walk to the surf at Chesterman Beach.

This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a bright, open concept design with vaulted ceilings and large windows and skylights to maximize the natural light and beautiful inlet views.

The spacious kitchen (with its massive island and gas range) and great room are designed for entertaining. Heated concrete floors and a propane freestanding fireplace create a cozy atmosphere on cool nights and during storm season.

The separate media room on the main floor is the perfect place to watch the game or set the kids up with a movie on the 65″ 4K flatscreen TV.

The main level of the house has a bedroom with two twin beds and a separate full bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are two master bedrooms – each with king-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms.

An expansive west patio features a BBQ, covered dining area, outdoor surf shower, private 6-person hot tub and a swing that adults love just as much the kids!

Follow the wooden boardwalk off the patio to relax in the amazing 6-person cedar barrel sauna that boasts a panoramic window facing the view.

Take the trail down to the inlet for a quiet gathering around a warm, open fire in the fire pit – a great spot to roast marshmallows and make s’mores with friends and family.

Read a book in one of the Adirondack chairs on the north patio, or sit back with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy watching the ebb and flow of the Jensen’s Bay tidal flats and the mountains beyond. Jensen’s Bay is a protected wildlife corridor and bird sanctuary – host to thousands of migrating birds and local wildlife, including eagles, great blue herons and the occasional wolf and bear.

There is a designated Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station on site.

BLACK STORM is NOT a party house. Absolutely no outdoor music and loud gatherings. Only registered guests allowed on-site.

ZERO TOLERANCE for noise disturbances caused by guests staying at BLACK STORM.

Any noise complaint from neighbouring residents will result in an immediate $500 fine and/or cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

To ensure the safety of our guests and the security of the property, we have installed an external security camera at the front entrance. The camera monitors only the driveway, parking area, and entrance.
