IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
Please review and respect the rules of BLACK STORM to ensure an exceptional and enjoyable stay.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 guests for all short term vacation rentals in accordance to the District of Tofino bylaws
• Only registered guests permitted on the property
• No parties, events, loud gatherings or outdoor music – BLACK STORM is designed as a peaceful retreat, intended for relaxation
• Please respect our neighbours – this is a quiet, family-oriented and residential neighbourhood. Noise must be kept to a minimum and at a respectful level at all times
• District of Tofino Noise Bylaw: Quiet Hours from 10pm – 8am
• Hot tub and fire pit area use permitted until 10pm only – no exceptions
• Zero-tolerance policy for noise disturbances; any noise complaint from a neighbouring resident may result in a $500 fine and/or immediate cancellation with no refund
• No smoking on the property please
• Sorry, this property does not accommodate pets
• Minimum age of primary renter is 30 years

PLEASE NOTE
The owners of the house reside onsite in a separate suite.
They respect guest privacy and do not share any amenities with BLACK STORM.
