Located on Lynn Rd, Burnside House is a newly built 3 bedroom, 3 bath property, just a short walk to North Chesterman Beach. It features a large open concept living/dining area with a beautiful custom dining table, and a fully appointed kitchen with gas range for those who love to cook. The large living room boasts a unique indoor/outdoor propane fireplace and a cozy space to curl up after a day spent at the beach. The house is inspired by openness and connectivity, with cozy nooks carved out for reading and open spaces to gather and socialize.
Both the master and second bedroom have their own en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The third bedroom is located next to the third bathroom with a large soaker tub and shower. The upstairs loft area was designed as a quiet retreat or as a comfortable place to lounge and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV.
Glass doors give access to the outdoor space, which includes a hot tub and a propane fireplace. A large sloped roof provides ample cover from the elements and offers additional space for outdoor living.
Burnside House is truly a surfer’s delight. Wash away the sand and warm up after your surf in the outdoor shower, then hang your wetsuit to dry in the indoor heated drying room.

Beautiful house in a great location. They had everything and more than what we expected. We brought our dog up and forgot his bowls and sure enough they had an extra set of dog bowls we could use. Little attention to details went a long way. Great stay!
Absolutely love this place! Beautiful design, well equipped, peaceful setting and so close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here, we did not want to leave!
Wow, what a special home. We absolutely loved it. Beautifully designed, spacious, relaxing and near a fantastic beach and some of our favorite restaurants. Really loved it and hope to be back.
